Becky's is a small bed and breakfast establishment run by Becky and Philip Hammond. It has three rooms, two doubles and a twin. We have personally tried all the beds and found them to be comfortable. We decided, when we embarked on this project to work on the principle that we would not ask anyone to put up with accommodation that we would not want to use ourselves. Everything we offer has been provided as the result of our own travels and pleasure or disappointment in other guesthouses or hotels. We will, as soon as possible, have a bathroom for each bedroom.

It is an English speaking guesthouse with a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Ours is not like your standard guesthouse in England where the landlady wants you out of the house for the day after breakfast, if you want to sit in the garden or the lounge with a book and a cup of coffee or a glass or wine, feel free.

All vegetables served at our table where possible come from our own garden and are picked the same day. Otherwise they are bought locally and only travel about five kilometres from earth to table.

We have two bicycles for the more energetic and there is plenty of walking in the area. We regularly see otters near the lakes when we are walking our dogs. We have access to private fishing lake which has 11.75 acres of water containing Grass, Carp to 25kg, Common carp to 15kg, Black Bass, Perch, Pike and Roach.

You must not miss Limoges-Bénédieth railway station: its oriental dome is dominated by a 60 metre high clock tower. Inside the main hall, you can admire the sculptures and stained glass windows of Francis Chigot.
